With the extraordinary Shareholders’ Assembly dated 03.23.2015 a new Board of Directors is elected, convened with the Board Meeting #39/03.23.2015 and decided upon the following structure: Panagiotis Aristides Halikias – Chairman and Executive Member, Stavros Siokos – Vice Chairman and Executive Member, Patricia Halikias – CEO and Executive Member, Anastasios Gabrielides – Independent and Non-executive Member, George Georgopoulos – Independent and Non-executive Member, George Kontogiorgis – Independent and Non-Executive Member and Kyriacos Riris – Independent and Non-executive Member.
