The Stock Markets Steering Committee of ATHEX, during its session on July 14th, 2016, once having confirmed that all listing prerequisites are met, approved the listing of the total of 10,500,000 common registered shares of “INTERCONTINTAL INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY” on the Main Market of the Athens Stock Exchange, on condition that the company’s prospectus will be approved by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
