ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE PUBLICATION OF PROSPECTUS
The Company INTERCONTINENTAL INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY (hereinafter the “Company”) announces, in accordance with Regulation (EC) no. 809/2004 and Greek Law 3401/2005, as in force, that the Prospectus for the admission of all the Company’s shares, i.e. 10,500,000 common registered shares, to trading (hereinafter the “Listing”) on the Main Market of the Athens Exchange (hereinafter the “ATHEX”), the contents of which were approved on 21.07.2016 by the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, is available to investors and shareholders
The Listing was approved by the Market Operation Committee of the ATHEX, at its meeting dated 14.07.2016.
The expected timetable for the Listing is as follows:
