07.04.2017: Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting.
18.05.2017: Cut-off date for the dividend payment.
19.05.2017: Determination of dividend beneficiaries (Record Date). *
24.05.2017: Commencement of dividend payment.*
26.09.2017: Publication of the Interim Financial Report (as of 30 June 2017).
* The above-mentioned dates for the dividend distribution are subject to the approval of the Ordinary General Meeting.
It should be noted that the Financial Report for 2016 was published on March 17th 2017.
The Company clarifies that the Financial Results will be announced after the closing of the Athens Stock Exchange session, on the Company’s website ( www.ici-reic.com ) and on the Athens Exchange Group website ( www.athexgroup.gr ).
