Intercontinental International REIC informs the investors that, according to article 16 of Codified Law 2190/1920, as well as by the virtue of the Decision of the Annual General Meeting of its Shareholders dated 7.4.2017 and the Decision of the Board of Directors dated 03.08.2017, proceeded on December 15, 2017 with the purchase of 180 Intercontinental International REIC’ s shares at an average price of 5,10 euro per share and with a total transaction value of 918,00 euro.
