Intercontinental International REIC announces the acquisition of two horizontal properties on the 3rd and 4th floor at 4,Pindarou street, at Kolonaki. (Municipality of Athens). The purchase price was 450.000,00 euro. It is a property totaling 223,8 sqm. The property value was determined at 749.780.34 euro. The investment was funded by Company΄s own funds.
