Intercontinental International S.A (“Company”) announces the sign of a binding preliminary agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the shares “ZEKAKOS 18 OWNERSHIP”( hereinafter called “Objective”) which owns an independent sustainable office building with high aesthetics. This modern building is located in Marousi, at 18, Nikolaou Zekakou and Konstantinos Karamanlis street. The building surface is 3,589 sqm. and it has been erected on a plot of 2.136 sqm. During its construction, bioclimatic design and a number of sustainability strategies were implemented. It completed in 2010, it features a planted roof (450 m²), an ecological garden, multiple energy and water saving systems as well as all modern office systems. It is fully leased to a multinational company. The agreed price for the acquisition of the property is € 7,500,000, while the payment amount will be adjusted for the remaining assets and liabilities of the Objective. The transaction is scheduled to be completed in May 2018, with the signing of the final share transfer agreement, and will be funded from the Company’s Equity.
