Intercontinental International REIC” (hereinafter the “Issuer”) informs the investors that the Listings and Market Operation Committee of the Athens Stock Exchange (ATHEX), following its meeting on 23, May 2019, approved the acquisition of authority by the company LEON DEPOLAS SECURITIES to be the Special Negotiator on behalf of the Issuer for its shares in order to enhance the Issuer’s liquidity. The starting date of the deal was set on Monday, 3 June 2019.
The Issuer has entered into a special negotiation agreement with LEON DEPOLAS SECURITIES with the following terms:
- LEON DEPOLAS SECURITIES will transfer to the ATHEX Trading System instructions for special tradings (simultaneous orders to buy and sell) for its own account. For this service LEON DEPOLAS SECURITIES will receive a fee from the Issuer.
- The Special Negotiation Contract with the above company will have a duration of one (1) year.
