“INTERCONTINENTAL INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY”, with distinctive title “INTERCONTINENTAL INTERNATIONAL REIC”, announces, in accordance with Regulation 596/2014, Law 3556/2007 and the related decisions and Circulars of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and pursuant to the decisions of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 03.05.2019 and the decisions of its Board of Directors dated 05.07.2019, the signing of a contract for a secured bond loan under the provisions of the Law 4548/2018, of up to One Million One Hundred Thousand Euros (€ 1,100,000.00) with bondholder “INVESTMENT BANK OF GREECE S.A”.
The duration of the loan is seven years with immediate disbursement and its purpose is to further develop the Company’s investment portfolio.
