Intercontinental International REIC went public on the Athens Stock Exchange on Tuesday, August 2, 2016. As part of our commitment to inform the public, we state that the company’s share capital amounts to €42.000.000 in total, divided into 10.500.000 common registered voting shares. The main shareholder with a stake of more than 5% is Ajolico Trading Ltd with 71.4%. The shareholders do not hold indirect voting rights in the Company (within the meaning of Article 10 of Law 3556/2007), while Ajolico Trading Ltd is not controlled (within the meaning of Law 3556/2007) by an individual investor.
