The Company INTERCONTINENTAL INTERNATIONAL REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY (hereinafter the “Company”) announces that all the Company’s shares, i.e. 10,500,000 common registered shares, of nominal value of €4,00 each will commence trading on the Main Market of the Athens Exchange (hereinafter the “ATHEX”) on Tuesday 2nd of August 2016.
The admission of the Company’s shares to trading on the Main Market of the ATHEX was approved by the Market Operation Committee of the ATHEX, at its meeting dated 14.07.2016.
The share’s trading code is ΙΝΤΕΡΚΟ in Greek font and INTERCO in latin font. The price of the Company’s shares at the commencement of trading is €5,52 per share, which is equal to the subscription price for each new share, as determined, in the context of the private placement, at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company dated 06.06.2016. The shares will be credited to the shareholders’ shares and securities accounts held with the Dematerialised Securities System (D.S.S.) before the date of commencement of trading.
