Intercontinental International REIC announces the acquisition of an office floor in Athens Towers. It concerns a horizontal ownership of 703 sq.m. on the 13th floor of Athens Tower, located at 2-4 Mesogeion Ave. and Sinopis Str. (Ambelokipi, Attica). The purchase price was 915.000,00 euro. The property value was determined based on the valuation report of an external, independent, chartered valuer (surveyor) at 1.380.000,00 euro. The tax value of the acquired floor is 1.475.962,56 euro. Athens Tower is a landmark Athens building, situated on a land plot of 5.141,41 sq.m. with no remaining building coefficient. The acquired property is entirely leased to RANDSTAD HELLAS CONSULTING S.A.. The gross entry yield of the investment is 13.11%.
