Intercontinental International REIC (hereby “Issuer”) pursuant to the provisions of Law 3556/07, decisions 1/434/03.07.07 and 12/754/14.04.16 and Circular 33/07 of the Capital Market Commission, announces that on Tuesday, 27 September 2016, received notification from the shareholder B&F Commercial & Garment Group according to which on 22/09/2016 the direct participation of B&F Commercial & Garment Group in the Issuer’s share capital and voting rights decreased from 5.13% to 4.97%, namely 522,131 common registered voting shares, out of a total of 10,500,000 of the Issuer’s shares.
