Intercontinental International REIC announces the investors that, according to article 16 of Codified Law 2190/1920, as well as by virtue of the Decision of the Annual General Meeting of its Shareholders dated 7.4.2017 and the Decision of the Board of Directors dated 1.11.2017, proceeded on November 7, 2017 in free disposal (via out of market securities services, due to donation) of 3.885 Intercontinental International REIC’ s shares to two eligible executives as a benefit in kind, out of which 3.020 shares ,receives the Chief Executive Officer Mr. Apostolinas Marios, who is a liable person to disclose the transactions of the Company’s shares. The transferred shares represent a percentage of 0,00037% of the Company’s capital.
