Mr. Tsourouflis has over 12 years of property valuation experience, with a successful track record in valuation of investment and tourism properties and with a strong background in financial and feasibility studies for assets located in Greece and the Balkans. Until March 2018 he served as a Principal of American Appraisal Hellas. Prior to American Appraisal, he was responsible for the consulting department in DTZ/Southeast Real Estate. Mr. Tsourouflis holds a BSc in Economics from Panteion University and a Masters Degree in Real Estate from Henley Business School (University of Reading). He is a RICS member as well as a Certified Valuer by the Greek Ministry of Finance
