Intecontinental International REICs (the Company) announces that, according to Law 3340/2005, the decision of the Board of Directors No. 3/347/12.07.2005. the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the ATHEX rulebook, Mr. Konstantinos Savvidis is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
Mr. Konstantinos Savvidis has worked as a Financial Officer, Analyst, and Internal Auditor in major companies and groups of the private and public sector, such as Yannidis Bros S.A. Group, Bitros Holding S.A. Group, Health Units S.A., and SARKK S.A.. He started his career as an Accountant, building expertise in the development of computer software, to support several divisions he participated in or directed. His track-record includes the organization of various financial services departments in Greece and the Balkan region.
He is a graduate of the Athens University of Economics and Business (A.U.E.B.), with a major in Business Administration and Management. He is a member of the Economic Chamber of Greece and of the Greek Institute of Internal Auditors (HIIA).
Mr. Constantinos Savvidis has been in full duty since 19,April 2018. It is noted that Mr. Gerasimos Robotis will remain in the Company as Chief Accountant.
