Proposal for distribution of net dividend of 0.30967 euros per share (€ 0.31 / share adjusted) for 2017.
Intercontinental International REICs (“Company”) announces that The Board of Directors decided to propose to the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, which will take place on June 1, 2018, the distribution of a dividend of € 0.3067 / share (net) for the year 2017. Τhe amount of the dividend attributable to the shares held by the Company at the date of recognition of the beneficiaries will be increased proportionally the amount of the dividend corresponding to the remaining shares. Today, the final dividend is € 0.31 per share (net) and will not change significantly the date of recognition of the beneficiaries. The cut-off dates, the identification of the beneficiaries, the payment of the dividend as well as the paying bank will be announced immediately after the relevant decision of the Ordinary General Meeting.
