Intercontinental International REICs announces the completion of the acquisition of 100% of shares of the company ” Zekakou 18 Owner S.M.P.C ” (hereinafter referred to as the “Objective”). The Objective includes a luxurious office building – 3,589m² – in Maroussi, at the intersection of 18 Nikolaou Zekakou Street and Konstantinos Karamanlis Street. The acquisition cost of the Objective amounted to € 7,493,558.40 and was financed by the Company’s Equity. The Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Marios Apostolinas, said: “It is an acquisition that meets a number of criteria: easy access, top quality construction, high tenancy and long-term lease.”
