Intercontinental International REICs (the Company) according to its obligations under the applicable legislation (Decision No 3/347 / 12.07.2005 of the BoD of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission – ATHEX Regulation), announces that the duties of the new Chief Financial Officer of the Company after leaving of Mr. Konstantinos Savvides is taken by Mr. Gerasimos Robotis. Mr. Robotis is a graduate of the Higher School of Economics and Commercial Sciences, a member of the Economic Chamber since 1993 and holder of a license for Economist and Taxation Class A, and he was the Chief Financial Officer of the Company during the period March 22, 2012 to April 18, 2018, when he took over the position of the Company’s Chief Accountant.
