07/05/2019: Dividend Cut-Off Date.
08/05/2019: Dividend Record Date: determination of dividend beneficiaries.*
13/05/2019: Commencement of dividend payment.*
30/09/2019: Publication of the 2019 Half-Year Financial Report (as of 30 June 2019).
* The above-mentioned dates related to the dividend payment are subject to the approval of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting.
The Company hereby clarifies that the 2018 Financial Results shall be announced after the closing of the Athens Stock Exchange session, on the Company website (www.ici-reic.com) and on the Athens Exchange Group website (www.athexgroup.gr).
The Company has the right to amend the above-mentioned dates, provided that the investors are informed on time with a new announcement.
