With this announcement, we would like to inform the shareholders of the Company and the general investing public about the recruitment of Mr. Sotiris Kapsomeras in the position of Investment Director. We wish Mr. Sotiris Kapsomeras all the best in his new duties and welcome him to the senior management team of the Company. Mr. Kapsomeras is an experienced professional with more than 15 years of experience in the real estate sector, focusing on investment portfolio assets valuation, financial analysis, preparation of business plans and feasibility studies of real estate assets both in Greece and Cyprus. Until December 2020, he held the position of Senior Real Estate Fund Manager in Cyprus, in Delfi Partners, while he has also worked for more than twelve years in LAMDA Development SA as an Investment Manager and earlier as a Treasury Manager. He started his professional career as an Administration Supervisor in The Mart Cash & Carry. He has been recently certified in the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission and obtained the Advanced CySEC Financial Services Certificate. He also holds a post graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA) from UNC-Kenan Flagler Business School and an undergraduate degree from the Economics Department of Piraeus University.
